mumbojumbo

  • The IABF production run may have been skipped due to I’s similarity to 1 and l.
  • It seems unlikely (at the moment) that “Kill Gil” is actually a two-parter, at least in the sense of 60 (well, 45) minutes of
programming, since it has only one production code (JABF01), and the next one is assigned to another episode. Two-part episodes have separate production codes.
  • Homer suffers another heart attack, so then gets sent to a weight-loss camp. (This plot’s been floating around for a while now, so may not end up as an episode.)
  • Homer is mistaken as a terrorist by the government. This episode will comment on how the US has been changed by the war in Iraq. Some scenes will include an army colonel (Kiefer Sutherland) attempting to pre-enlist children from Springfield Elementary in the army. The episode is written by Daniel Chun.
  • Peter Wolf from the J. Geils Band guest star in an upcoming episode.
  • The 1980’s band Cheap Tricks may appear in an upcoming episode.
  • The 400th episode is slated to air on 20th May 2007, towards the end of the Season, or possibly as the Season Finale.
  • Producers want British comedian Ricky Gervais to star in a second episode of the show after his first appearance was such a huge success.
